Cooking Class description

At the very southern part of the island, called Faros, this is where you will find the small family farm and the home of the owners, a land inherited from their great grandparents.
The owners grew up watching and learning how to harvest and grow seasonal products. Thus, they have continued the tradition of farming and wine making following the “Old School” approach of the family.
In her mother’s kitchen the owner learned all about local recipes that with love where passed on from generation to generation. This wisdom and experience they wish to pass to you, in cooperation with your instructor, you will prepare one of the following delicious Greek menus.

Salad with local products
(tomato, cucumber, onion, capers, caper leaves, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, goat cheese, organic olive oil and oregano)
Greek Yogurt sauce

(tomato, onion, bacil, mint, plane flour)
Main dish
Dolmadakia (stuffed wine leaves)
Dessert
Greek Yogurt with homemade sweet preservers and homemade Vinsanto

Local wine , ouzo, raki ,water and soft drinks

Comb fish with potatoes cooked in tomato sauce, onions and capers.
Lamb chops baked in foil with peppers, tomatoes, onions and herbs.
Stuffed tomatoes and peppers with rice.

Drinks
Local wine, ouzo, raki, water and soft drinks
